Cancellation Policy
Terms and Conditions for One-Time Sessions and Classes By booking a session or class with RITMICA LLC, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully. 1. Services We offer private practice and video sessions, as well as 1-on-1 instructional classes, enabling DJs to have practice time on professional equipment. Each session or class is available for a one-time payment, with no recurring fees. 2. Payment and Booking Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session or class. All payments are non-refundable once the booking is confirmed. We accept credit/debit card and PayPal. 3. Rescheduling and Cancellations Rescheduling: You may reschedule your session or class up to 24 hours before the scheduled time at no additional cost. You will be blocked by our booking platform from rescheduling sessions or classes within the 24 hour window. Cancellations: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session will forfeit the payment. 4. Session Rules and Guidelines Clients are expected to arrive on time for their scheduled session. Any time lost due to late arrival will not be extended or refunded. We recommend planning to arrive 15 minutes early to allow for parking and setup. All equipment needed for the session is provided by RITMICA LLC except for music. You should bring a USB pre-loaded with the music you want to play. 5. Liability Clients participate in sessions and use studio equipment at their own risk. BILLY N0 MATES LLC is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to personal property that occurs during a session or class. 6. Code of Conduct Damage to Property: If the you or your guests are found to have damaged any studio equipment, furniture, or property, you will be held responsible for the cost of repairs or replacements. By booking a session or class, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
